You will receive details of the approved scheme which holds the deposit within 30 days of receipt of the deposit.

Initial Monies:

- Holding Deposit which equates to one weeks rent.


Once the tenancy has been signed:

- 1 Months rent in advance

- Security Deposit equating to 5 weeks rent. (Remaining amount to be paid equates to 4 weeks rent as this is combined with the 1 week holding deposit already paid to form a 5 week security deposit which will be protected)
