Tenants Find/Introduction Only
This is aimed at multiple/experienced landlords who just need help finding a suitable tenant.
Our Tenants Find service includes:
- Marketing Advertising and Conducting Viewings
- Preparation of Contracts
- Introduction of referenced tenants
- Dealing with the letting process until formal completion
Rent Guarantee and Legal Expenses
Even the best tenants fall on hard times! Geoff Foot Lettings are able to provide a Rent Guarantee and Legal Expenses Scheme to all of our landlords. This policy protects you if your tenants default on their rent or break any of the terms and conditions on their contract.
- Rental payments for up to a maximum of 12 months
- 50% of the rent paid for up to 3 months after vacant possession has been obtained while a new Tenant has been found
- Full Legal Cover for eviction costs up to £50,000
- Excess of one months rent
- No restrictions on the type of Tenants as long as they have passed referencing
- Cover against breach of Tenancy as well as arrears
Other Services
We are also able to arrange a number of other services such as Gas Safety Certificates, EPC’s (Energy Performance Certificates) PAT testing, gardening and all aspects of maintenance.
