Even the best Tenants fall on hard times. Geoff Foot Lettings also offer a Rent Guarantee & Legal Expenses scheme to all out Landlords. This policy protects Landlords if the Tenants default on their rent and break any Terms and conditions on their contract. The policy covers:-

	Rental payments for up to a maximum of 12 months
	50% of the rent paid for up to 3 months after vacant possession has been obtained while a new Tenant has been found
	Full Legal cover for eviction costs up to £50,000
	Excess of one months rent
	No restrictions on the type of Tenants as long as they have passed the referencing Cover against breach of Tenancy not just arrears.
